I loved how the grounds are stunning with ancient olive trees, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for leisurely walks, while also being just under 2 km from Borgo Egnazia, which offers beautiful architecture and a picturesque setting to explore.

The quality of interaction with staff was exceptional.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by the long wait times for dinner service, which consistently stretched beyond expectations. While the ambiance was serene, we found ourselves feeling quite frustrated as we watched our dining experience drag on. The delays disrupted what could have been a more pleasurable evening.

The room was a classic suite, very spacious and designed with traditional Puglian touches that felt luxurious enough for a 5-star. The decor was a bit old-fashioned but still charming. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the nice balcony overlooking the grounds. It was clean and well-kept, though I did notice some quirks, like discovering pressed pants in the closet. Not a fan of that, but the overall vibe was cozy enough to relax after a long day. The tranquility of the olive tree surroundings made it feel unique.

The junior suite was beautifully appointed with elegant furnishings and two stylish bathrooms, creating a cozy and luxurious atmosphere. I loved how the main outdoor swimming pool was immense and surrounded by the stunning landscape of ancient olive trees, providing a peaceful retreat. The staff at the breakfast area, composed entirely of women, were exceptionally friendly and professional, making each morning delightful.
